Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a content calendar for LinkedIn and YouTube, creating engaging content and repurposing long-form materials Design and implement a system for customer-facing teams to share LinkedIn content, tracking employee activation for broader visibility Monitor KPIs, deliver insights for content strategy, and collaborate with internal teams to align social media initiatives with company events Required Qualifications Proven experience managing LinkedIn and YouTube for B2B organizations, preferably in consulting or life sciences Skilled in creating visually engaging social media content using tools like Canva Knowledge of social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data Strong understanding of SEO principles and social media algorithms Familiarity with the sales performance industry and / or life sciences is highly preferred
