JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Ownership of the SC E2E processes in terms of documentation, and platforms to make all related information and operating discipline user friendly, easily accessible and highly effective.
  • Own and lead the SC E2E processes to drive standardization, compliance, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Review performance on regular cadence and raise opportunities for improvement.
  • Oversee roles and accountabilities in the SC E2E processes regardless of their functional reporting, ensure highly accessible and effective training and development resources and processes.
  • Engage and lead the SC key-user community and promote process-oriented culture with a focus on process excellence and collaboration.
  • Identify gaps and determine where technology can be appropriately deployed and define the functionality to support the SC E2E processes.
  • Develop business cases to secure budget for improvements.
  • Ensure definition and quality of master data used in the SC E2E processes.
  • Contribute to setting process targets and KPIs to demonstrate performance and process alignment to business requirements.
  • External benchmarking to ensure process optimization and best practices.
  • Management of global change request approvals and transformational improvements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Degree in Supply Chain or relevant Business qualifications, MBA preferred
  • Previous supply chain & planning background
  • Global experience
  • Continuous improvement background ​
  • 5+ years experience in Supply Chain having led a team with operational or business process excellence experience.
  • Experience in MS Dynamic 365
  • Ability to drive improvements though project management and collaboration
  • Ability to deal with senior and middle manager to drive change and secure funding
  • Collaborative leadership and innovative mindset with high execution level
  • Green or Black belt / Six Sigma Certification
