We are currently seeking a Program Manager to join our team and lead the NAVAIR ALE program. We foster a collaborative, forward-leaning culture that values integrity and a quality mindset.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define program objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and oversee the execution of program activities to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, providing regular updates, resolving issues, and managing expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors, coordinating their involvement in program activities as needed.
  • Allocate resources, including staff, budget, and materials, to support program objectives and deliverables.
  • Monitor resource utilization, identify gaps or bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to ensure efficient program delivery.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges associated with program execution and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Monitor program performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), adjusting plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of program deliverables by implementing quality assurance processes and standards.
  • Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain inventory of software licenses and all Government furnished equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in business/computer science or related field required.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • 10 years of experience in Project Management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within the DoD IT environment.
  • Significant experience with Naval Aviation Maintenance Systems and Applications preferred.
  • Familiarity with Government Testing Instructions including COMOPTEV 4 preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (, Microsoft Project, VISIO).
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality programs that meet client objectives and drive business results.
  • Knowledge of program’s technical domain and understanding of relevant regulations and standards.
  • Active "Secret" level government granted security clearance required.
