About the position :
- Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with customer service and sales is valued, but not required
- Schedule is Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
- Ability to reliably commute to our office near Pinnacle Peak and 21st Ave
- Qualities : organized, professional, task-oriented
- Responsibilities
- Call and schedule customers
- Answer phones
- Completed administrative tasks (ex : data entry, scanning, filing, etc.)
- Create and dispatch routes for sales reps and technicians
- Process payments / collect card information
