U-Haul is seeking dedicated, energized professionals to work remotely (work from home) who handle back-to-back inbound calls in both Spanish and English, crafting acceptable solutions to address Customer’s needs.
Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Agents handle a variety of responsibilities and are provided with the tools and knowledge to aid in ensuring every customer has a positive journey with U-Haul Company.
Scheduling :
Available to work 40 hours per week, Monday - Sunday with a primary focus of Monday, Friday, and Sunday either during the opening shift 4 : 00 AM - 12 : 30 PM or closing shift 1 : 30 PM - 10 : 00 PM (shifts in Arizona time).
Available to work at least one weekend day per week.
Working holidays is required to provide support for Customers year-round.
Initial Education / Training :
Our paid, comprehensive education program is three to five weeks, including 11 Instructor-led courses. This role is supported by practical concept education from first-rate Instructors, reinforced with education courses from our online U-Haul University, consistent engagement with your Manager and Team, and interactive mentorship and call support from Sr.
Agents. These courses will be leveraged with the support described above to empower you to confidently take live customer calls, beginning with your first concept.
Compensation : Earn hourly base pay of $15.00 for Bilingual (Spanish) Agents. Base pay will increase as additional job duties are acquired, and merit increases are given periodically based on performance

Calls will be taken in both Spanish and English.
Fluency will be verified during the interview process.

Work From Home Requirements :
All work duties, including initial education, must be performed at your home address in a private, quiet work area.
Dependent and child-care arrangements must be made as if you were working in-person at a U-Haul facility. This position does not allow flexibility to be on-call care for others during work hours, either.
If you want to switch or substitute computers at any time, Manager approval is required.
The following technical requirements must be met to work from home :
Windows 10 or 11.
8GB of RAM / memory or higher.
Processor must have CPU benchmark score of 2,000, or higher.
Webcam (external or built in is acceptable).
USB headset (wired).
Ping under 100.
10 MB download.
5 MB upload.
