Personal Assistant

Location : Chicago, IL

Responsibilities :

• Manage personal calendar
• Schedule doctors appointments, work outs, hair cuts and other personal appointments as needed
• Schedule and coordination personal travel including family and guests of founders. This includes flights, cars, hotels, and reservations
• Run errands, including grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and grabbing lunch and breakfast for founders
• Create and process expense reports with clear attention to detail
• Manage charitable contributions
• Track and manage art database, including insurance and location of all art
• Manage all gifting for holidays and family throughout the year
• Manage any house appointments, including deliveries and supervision of cleaning staff
• Pack luggage before work trips as requested
• Work on special projects as needed
• Operate with a high degree of discretion at all times and handle sensitive / confidential information

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• 5+ years of Personal Assistant experience to multiple people
• Experience creating and processing expense reports (in Concur a plus)
• Intermediate in Excel

Salary : $90,000 - $100,000 (Based on experience)
