Duties :
- Coordinate and manage daily administrative activities
- Assist with training development and implementation
- Provide support to the human resources department
- Assist with payroll processing and record keeping
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents
- Manage phone systems and handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling
Experience :
- Previous experience in a coordinator or administrative role preferred
- Familiarity with training development processes
- Experience with payroll processing and record keeping
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling calls with proper etiquette
