Performs project tasks as directed by the project manager in support of project team objectives. Assists in analyzing data, drafting report sections and providing support to execute organizational, management and business process initiatives.

Supports the development of solutions, recommendations or outcomes. Conducting regular check-in meetings with grantees, reviewing reports submitted by grantees, analyzing data provided by grantees, and reporting-out to OFA staff on grantees' activities and performance.

Reviews technical reports or similar products related to grantees, assesses the quality of the reports and their findings, and reports-out to OFA on the assessment;

Conducts office support activities, such as arranging meetings, taking notes, making copies, etc. Tracks of contract / grant activities in relation to expected schedules and requirements.

Supports state-of-the-art dissemination strategies, such as work with ACF’s web masters to implement OFA web pages, activity on OFA social media accounts, dissemination of e-blasts, etc.

for this work, staff may need proficiency with one or more of the following : Adobe Acrobat Professional, Adobe Creative Cloud, Tableau Creator, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and social media management tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, TweetDeck, and SproutSocial).

Tracks financial information (e.g., on grants or contracts), analyzes cost data, and produces financial reports to leadership.

Other duties as assigned (e.g., ad hoc activities to address management needs). Qualifications BS or BA degree (Preferred) three (3) years’ experience in technical activities related to grant / contract / project management and oversight, dissemination and strategic communication support, and associated activities.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software : MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Outlook Proficiency with one or more of the following : Adobe Acrobat Professional, Adobe Creative Cloud, Tableau Creator, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and social media management tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, TweetDeck, and SproutSocial.
