Join our team as a Client Service Associate and be the friendly face for all those who visit our offices, ensuring exceptional client experiences and providing essential support. In this role, you will actively engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, distribute marketing materials, and keep clients engaged during wait times. As part of our tax team you will learn how to answer questions about taxes, how to prepare taxes and how to walk clients through various stages of the tax interview process.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience in a fast-paced retail environment

Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot

Prior customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required
