Description:

The Program Manager will lead and deliver complex modernization programs for our clients, partnering with executive stakeholders to drive measurable business outcomes and accelerate transformation initiatives. We are seeking a consultative, innovative professional with a strong technology and delivery mindset who excels in collaborative, fast‐paced environments and can establish credibility with senior client leaders.

This role works closely with client Business and Technology leaders, internal delivery teams, and executive sponsors to ensure successful program execution. The Program Manager brings rigor to program governance, stakeholder management, value realization, risk and dependency management, and executive reporting, while maintaining alignment with client strategy, business priorities, and transformation objectives

Key Requirements

  • Act as the PMO transformation lead and primary execution driver, enabling clients to evolve from traditional delivery models to modern, outcome‐driven PMO capabilities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Technology, Business, and Executive stakeholders, driving alignment across strategy, delivery, and value realization.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships across delivery teams, business partners, and senior leadership to break down silos, resolve complex delivery challenges, and accelerate decision‐making.
  • Demonstrate inspiring leadership, setting PMO standards, reinforcing accountability, and embedding a culture of execution discipline and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with leadership to identify opportunities to optimize governance, delivery models, tooling, and operating rhythms to influence the strategic direction of programs and portfolios.

PMO Governance, Risk & Control Frameworks

  • Design, establish, and operationalize PMO governance frameworks that balance rigor with agility, ensuring clear decision rights, escalation paths, and accountability.
  • Lead critical governance forums and steerco operations to drive transparency, alignment, and timely decision‐making.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and manage enterprise‐level risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place to protect delivery outcomes.
  • Drive consistent risk, issue, and dependency management practices across all workstreams, enabling early intervention and escalation.
  • Influence and negotiate with cross‐functional leaders to ensure appropriate capacity, resourcing, and skills alignment throughout program execution.

Integrated Program Planning & Orchestration

  • Develop and maintain the end‐to‐end integrated master plan, consolidating scope, milestones, and dependencies across all workstreams.
  • Establish and manage PMO planning standards, ensuring consistent collection and tracking of:
  • RAID items Key milestones Inter‐ and cross‐stream dependencies
  • Identify, classify, and actively manage cross‐workstream dependencies using a centralized dependency management approach.
  • Partner with cross‐platform, product, and engineering teams to align planning approaches across hybrid delivery models (Waterfall, Agile, SAFe).

PMO Cadence & Operating Rhythm

  • Establish and run a structured PMO cadence model, enabling predictable delivery and effective governance, including: Daily execution stand‐ups Weekly workstream and dependency syncs Program‐level governance reviews Monthly executive and steering committee reviews
  • Ensure disciplined PMO operations, including meeting readiness, clear agendas, timely documentation, action tracking, and escalation management.
  • Maintain consistency in how actions, risks, milestones, and decisions are captured and tracked across all streams and forums.

Performance Management, Reporting & Insights

  • Define and mature the PMO reporting and analytics framework, shifting focus from activity‐based reporting to outcome‐ and value‐driven insights.
  • Own or contribute to measurement frameworks tracking: Delivery health (RAG, milestones, velocity) Business outcomes and benefits realization Risk exposure and dependency health
  • Produce and maintain: Monthly executive summaries (overall health, key risks, priorities) Bi‐weekly program status reports with KPIs Weekly PMO dashboards (progress, blockers, dependencies) RAID and change request logs Daily stand‐up execution trackers
  • Develop high‐quality executive and board‐level materials, including senior leadership and client executive status updates.

PMO Communications & Enablement

  • Serve as the central PMO coordination point for governance communications, escalations, and cross‐functional alignment.
  • Operate PMO communication channels (distribution lists, collaboration tools, Teams), enabling real‐time information flow and decision support.
  • Ensure consistent, professional, and transparent communications across client and consulting teams.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to understand data, reporting, and visibility needs, and deliver actionable insights that inform leadership decisions.
Mandatory Skills:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills , with demonstrated experience influencing and aligning cross‐functional teams and senior executive stakeholders within complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong command of project and program management disciplines , including PMO operating models, governance frameworks, delivery processes, and hands‐on experience with enterprise project management tools, templates, and reporting standards.
  • Proven ability to establish clarity in ambiguous or under‐defined environments , shaping objectives, simplifying complex problem spaces, and driving alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Highly collaborative and proactive leader who builds trust through transparency, disciplined execution, and consistent delivery against commitments.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead and manage change in dynamic environments , influencing outcomes and driving adoption across teams without direct line authority.
