Job descriptionApplies the appropriate paste to grids, creating plates that help the battery to hold its charge Loads raw materials into machines Manually on and off bears materials from / to machines Assists operator in monitoring pasting machine function Performs visual inspections for quality and quantity Enters data into Data collector Ability to work in extreme temperatures and heavy environment is a plus. Must be committed to safety excellence and have ability to wear all required PPE (including a respirator). Must be clean shaven. All employees must follow strict hygiene rules including mandatory showering and lunch periods on site. You must be able to lift 50 - 80 lbs. and stand for long periods of time. Ability to use hand tools and learn specific machine controls, gauges, etc. Strong team skills. Ability to solve problems and recommend solutions. Ability to complete any required documentation. Highly dedicated with a proven record of excellent attendance. Basic English proficiency to interpret work and apply safety instructions Basic math proficiency (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)

Your Day-to-Day task in the Pasting Machine Operator Department will be the following :
