Job descriptionGreet and assist guests as they arrive and depart, ensuring a seamless experience. Provide claim checks and instructions for reclaiming vehicles. Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and note this on valet tickets. Safely park and retrieve vehicles in designated areas. Promote courteous and professional interactions with guests to resolve any service issues. Handle cash accurately, including accepting payments, making change, and following credit card processing procedures. Follow all departmental policies to ensure secure and efficient operations. Assist with other tasks as needed to maintain smooth operations. Enthusiastic individuals who love working outdoors . People passionate about delivering exceptional customer service . Drivers comfortable with all makes and models of vehicles. Candidates who thrive in a fun and exciting work environment . Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Flexibility with schedules is a must. Professional appearance and demeanor are required. Dependable and customer-focused.
