Seasonal Recruiter (Hybrid) – Summer 2025 to January 2026
Location : South End, Charlotte, NC (3 days onsite, 2 remote)
Pay Range : $37,500 – $62,500 (DOE)

What You’ll Do
Screen and interview a high volume of candidates for multiple roles and clients.
Coordinate interviews, manage calendars, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, providing timely updates.
Maintain accurate records in our applicant‐tracking and HR tech systems.
What You’ll Bring
2+ years’ high‐volume recruiting or talent‐acquisition experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Tech‐savvy comfort with ATS, calendar tools, and virtual‐meeting platforms.
Strong organizational skills and a passion for delivering top‐tier candidate care.
