PL/SQL DEVELOPER
Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a PL/SQL Developer to join their team. As a PL/SQL Developer, you will be part of the Database Support team supporting critical business operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:Charlotte, NC

What's the Job?

• Develop and maintain complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and stored procedures to support business logic.
• Troubleshoot and optimize query performance to ensure efficient database operations.
• Translate complex database concepts into understandable language for non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement database solutions aligned with business needs.
• Utilize Oracle tools such as SQL Developer, OEM, and AWR reports for database management and performance tuning.

What's Needed?

• At least 7 years of experience developing packages and stored procedures using PL/SQL.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and performance tuning queries in Oracle databases.
• Experience with Oracle 12c or higher, including XML/JSON database structures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality results.
