Key to our customer's success is effectively designing, communicating, implementing, and administering variable compensation plans across the company that accurately incentivize, measure, and reward performance for its team members. As the team driving these initiatives expands to build a best-in-class variable compensation program, the Commissions Analyst will be a key member of that team. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to administer our customer's variable compensation plan, including monthly earnings calculations, communications, and analytics. Beyond day-to-day administration, you will participate in plan design and documentation, helping craft the experience for all plan participants. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to make a significant impact across the entire sales organization.
