HDR is seeking experienced Construction Program Managers for a major program located at our client sites in Pompano Beach or Orlando, FL.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Serves as point of contact and project lead for multiple projects (major and / or minor).
- Works with leader to assign projects within the squad.
- Projects assigned based on technical ability and experience.
- Classifications could include PM2 as point of contact on large, mid, and small projects and PM3 as point of contact on more complex, larger projects.
- Serves as a mentor to Assistant Program Managers and receives mentorship from Leader.
- Participates in plans review, focused on constructability and high risk.
- Provides risk management and issue resolution leadership.
