Job descriptionLead and manage the delivery and employment of C5IM capabilities in direct support of USSOUTHCOM's Campaign Plan, crisis response, contingency operations, exercises, and other strategic operations. Ensure that all IT systems and processes are outcome-driven and fully aligned with USSOUTHCOM's operational and strategic goals, delivering a decisive information advantage and a fully mission-capable environment. Employ highly effective IT management processes that are efficient, scalable, and agile, allowing for rapid adaptation to USSOUTHCOM's evolving operational needs. Drive collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and alignment of resources, capabilities, and mission objectives. Provide guidance and leadership across project teams to ensure effective deployment of resources, deliverables, and milestones within scope, schedule, and budget. Continuously monitor program performance to ensure optimal outcomes, mitigating risks and resolving issues proactively. Oversee the management of critical resources, ensuring the right level of staffing, expertise, and technology is available to support mission success. Lead regular program reviews and provide comprehensive status reports to senior leadership, outlining progress, challenges, and required adjustments to ensure continued program success. Support the development and implementation of operational plans, while ensuring that all systems and procedures are designed to move efficiently at the speed and scale necessary to support USSOUTHCOM's diverse and critical missions. Clearance : Active Secret Clearance Certifications : PMP Certification Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in program management, including IT systems integration and management within complex, fast-paced environments. Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in C5IM capabilities and processes, with a proven track record of success in supporting large-scale, high-tempo operational environments. Proven experience in managing IT management processes, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and rapid adaptation to meet USSOUTHCOM's evolving needs. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information to senior leadership and stakeholders clearly and concisely. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and lead teams in a dynamic and challenging environment. Standard office conditions. Travel to customer sites. Light - 20 lbs. Maximum lifting with frequent lift / carry up to 10 lbs. SUMMARY
Agile Defense will support U.S. Southern Command's (USSOUTHCOM) efforts to deter aggression, defeat threats, protect national Security, rapidly respond to crisis situations, and build Area of Responsibility (AOR) Information Technology (IT) capacity. We will deliver direct support in implementing and sustaining mission critical IT networks and robust cyber defense services with compliance to all Cyber Task Orders (CTOs).
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager (PM) to lead and manage the delivery of C5IM (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, and Intelligence Management) capabilities in alignment with USSOUTHCOM's strategic, operational, and tactical objectives. The PM will oversee the execution and operational success of the SCITES contract, ensuring that IT management of People, Processes and Technology (PPT) are effectively employed to implement emergent technologies and identify capability gaps to achieve operational goals. The role demands an individual who is highly skilled at managing complex IT systems while meeting the dynamic and high-tempo needs of USSOUTHCOM's mission requirements.
