Our Senior Transaction Analyst will assist in developing strategies and supporting financial models for complex real estate transactions. This will include delivering financial models internally and externally, revenue pipeline assumptions, Quarterly Business Review presentation updates, lease sensitivity / comparison analysis, etc. You will also potentially support Transaction Management in a hybrid capacity by managing (in partnership or individually) straight-forward lease renewals, lease acquisitions and / or dispositions. Additional responsibilities include qualitatively and quantitatively evaluating client building alternatives and lease options. Research companies, landlords, and potential subtenants. Gather and evaluate real estate market and property data; this can include conducting market calls, previewing space opportunities, developing fact sheets and tour books, and gathering photos and floor plans as necessary.
- Works with the client and account leaders to set business and real estate strategies and execute on those objectives
- Proactively assists client in managing their real estate portfolio to achieve cost reduction, financial and occupancy optimization, monetization and other client goals
- Reviews lease documents. Writes lease summaries and abstracts. Reviews other materials as part of the due diligence process
- Monitors and evaluates implementation programs against strategy and provides timely reporting of the effectiveness of the strategy against implementation results
- Performs complex financial analyses (e.g., headquarters, master plans, sale leasebacks, etc.). Integrates complex occupancy scenario planning into financial analysis
- Strategically utilizes other corporate service lines to deliver optimal results
- Manage internal revenue management program (Dealio), manage external fee invoice process, collaborate with account Finance team on revenue projections, reforecasts, etc.
- Establishes a strong and trusted relationship with the client; extensive in-person and remote interaction with the client is expected
Estimated total compensation ran for this position is :
93,500.00 – 99,000.00 USD per year
The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
