Job Details
Key Responsibilities :
Front-End Service : Handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and manage various front-office processes.
Mail Management : Oversee outgoing mail and internal delivery of postal mail daily.
Supply Management : Maintain inventory and order company supplies as needed.
Office Coordination : Support office management and resources for expansion efforts.
Onboarding / Offboarding Support : Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process for new employees.
Communication Distribution : Aid in distributing employee information and communications.
Event Planning : Assist with planning and organizing employee engagement events.
Laboratory Organization : Help set up and organize the company application laboratory, including purchasing supplies, organizing materials, and coordinating equipment shipping.
Tradeshow Coordination : Manage tradeshow activities, including booking, display setup, and logistics.
Additional Tasks : Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the Managing Director.
Potential Additional Responsibilities :
Financial Duties : Assist with payroll, procurement, and vendor payments.
Sales Support : Utilize CRM software to support sales representatives in order quoting and execution.
Record Management : Maintain and analyze current and past records for analytical purposes.
Qualifications :
Education : Associates Degree or higher preferred.
Experience : 1-5 years of professional experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams. Familiarity with financial software like QuickBooks and CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or AP+ is a plus.
Attributes : Detail-oriented, capable of maintaining confidentiality, effective independent and team worker, strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities in English.
Working Conditions :
Environment : Primarily stationary work with movement around the facility to access files and office machinery. Desk and computer work for extended periods.
Physical Requirements : Ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally. Manual data entry and use of hands to handle materials.
Occasional climbing, bending, and squatting may be required.
