Number of Position(s) : 1 Work Schedule : 6 am - 6 pm, core hours 9 am - 2 : 30 pm Work Day : Monday Friday Ability to Travel : 10% Job Description : The primary responsibility of the Project Manager / Supervisory Program Analyst (also known as the Project Manager or PM ) is to ensure that the quality of work performed by contractor personnel meets the standards expected by the Government.

More specifically, work products produced by the Contractor shall be provided to the designated Points of Contact (in final form (e.

g., free of typographical and grammatical errors, properly formatted, compliant with applicable rules and regulations). The PM shall ensure that deadlines established for the completion of reports and submission of finished products are met.

The PM is responsible for advising the contractor's Office of Acquisition Management (OAM) Team Lead (TL), or other Point of Contacts deemed necessary by the contractor's OAM.

Additional duties of the PM include, but are not limited to : Making pre-award acquisition assignments and monitoring the workload of contractor staff to ensure the most efficient and effective use of resources.

Providing guidance to contractor staff on pre-award contractual issues or concerns as it relates to submission to the OAM.

Ensuring reporting requirements for various databases (e.g., SHAREPOINT) are fulfilled in a timely manner and information is accurate.

Serving as a liaison between Office of Acquisition Management (OAM) and staff ; Contract administration and communications will flow between the PM and Contracting Officer Representatives (COR (TO)).

Discussions regarding operational issues (i.e., issues pertaining to specific work assignments) may also include program office personnel and OAM.

Monitoring time and attendance of Contractor staff. Ensuring the Contractor’s invoices accurately reflect services provided.

Keeping COR (TO) advised of any issues that may affect Task Order performance. As needed, supplementing other Contractor staff by performing duties described for Program Procurement Analyst.

Ensure all Contractor personnel comply with all administrative, safety, and security requirements established by the contractor for on-site contractor personnel.

Ensure Contractor personnel maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Required Education, Experience, & Skills : 8 years experience in related / relevant fields and job experience.

Have a working knowledge and understanding of Software Applications such as MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, and other procurement (PRISM) software.
