Job Description
Job Description
Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is seeking a Brand Manager to lead local / regional marketing, public relations, creative marketing, and product / menu management across all locations. This role partners with operations to drive guest engagement and brand visibility through strategic, purposeful initiatives.
The ideal candidate has a marketing background with restaurant operations experience (multi-unit, full-service, or polished casual dining preferred) and excels at developing and executing localized marketing programs.
This position reports to the Sr. Director of Communications and is based at Firebirds’ corporate headquarters in Charlotte, NC.
Key Responsibilities
Local Marketing & Consumer PR
- Develop and execute Local Store Marketing (LSM) strategies to increase restaurant traffic.
- Lead consumer PR efforts, including working with local media and influencers.
- Manage local sponsorships and partnerships, including local execution of the brand’s national partnership with Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation.
- Oversee marketing and PR for new restaurant openings.
- Analyze underperforming restaurants, competitive threats, and recommend solutions.
- Train Regional Managers and GMs on local marketing best practices.
