Job descriptionHigh school diploma required. At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail setting preferred. Customer service experience in beauty or skincare retail is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of hair and skincare products strongly preferred. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with other team members. Additional education in Cosmetology or a relevant field is a plus. Must be available to work weekends (both Saturday and Sunday). Compliance with Tisuns dress code and employee handbook policies. Passion for the mission and values of Tisun Beauty. Job Description :
As a Beauty Care Team Member at Tisun Beauty, you are more than just a retail associateyoure the face of our brand and a trusted advisor to our customers. Youll use your product knowledge and warm personality to connect with guests, guide them to the right hair and skincare products, and help them become the best version of themselves.
Youll also play a key role in keeping our store well-stocked, clean, and organized so every customer enjoys a seamless and inspiring shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities :
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and offer assistance.
- Recommend hair and skincare products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Explain product features such as ingredients, benefits, and usage.
- Cross-sell complementary products when appropriate.
- Maintain well-stocked shelves and refill inventory from the back room when needed.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Move overstock items back to the warehouse.
- Receive and sort incoming shipments and organize warehouse inventory.
