Job description

Step into a new opportunity as a Customer Support Associate, where you will learn company products and services to better assist others, handle orders, shipments, and basic inventory checks, and provide friendly assistance to customers and team members. Additional duties include respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person, follow schedules and complete assigned tasks on time, work with supervisors to meet daily goals, help organize and maintain a tidy workspace, support returns and exchanges in a timely manner, as well as adhere to safety guidelines and company policies, coordinate with other departments when needed, assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for delivery, manage simple records and enter information accurately. To succeed in this role, you should have a willingness to learn on the job, clear communication skills, reliability and punctuality, basic computer or device use, a positive, team-focused attitude, and the ability to follow simple instructions.
