Job description

Job Title : Title Specialist

Job Description

  • Reviewing and researching title work for insurance customers in Indiana, Iowa, Missouri, and Kansas.
  • Completing applications for salvage titles.
  • Setting up sales processes.
  • Processing salvage titles from the state.
  • Staying current with title / salvage laws in multiple states.
  • Answering and updating the status of titles.
  • Reviewing and correcting missing information on titles.
  • Answering around 20 inbound calls daily, researching and answering questions about title status or providing missing information.
  • Processing an average of 60 titles a day, ensuring attention to detail to avoid rejections.
