Job Title : Temp Patient Intake Service Representative
Job Overview : LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated Patient Intake Care Coordinator for two locations in San Francisco and Daly City. This 8 month contract role involves handling patient complaints, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining thorough documentation. The ideal candidate will work independently, exercise sound judgment, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Engage with patients daily to address customer satisfaction, patient rights issues, and resolve complaints.
Manage the intake of patient complaints, fostering service recovery and promoting understanding of complaint procedures.
Coordinate the opening and closure of patient complaints in line with medical center protocols and regulatory guidelines.
Act as a liaison between patients, families, hospital staff, and volunteers to enhance the patient experience.
Complete documentation outlining patient concerns, review findings, and actions taken.
Maintain a clean, safe working environment and assess patients' physical and ambulatory safety needs.
Qualifications :
High School Diploma or equivalent education / experience.
Minimum of 1 year of recent relevant experience.
Strong customer service skills and ability to coordinate service recovery.
Basic knowledge of healthcare processes, risk management, and regulatory guidelines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related information systems.
Ability to prioritize assignments, work independently, and as part of a team.
Skills and Knowledge :
Understanding of CMS, TJC, and regulatory guidelines related to Patient Rights and Grievances.
Time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
Ability to build collaborative relationships with peers and healthcare providers.
Shift Info :
Day Shift : 5x8-Hour (07 : 30 - 16 : 00)
Pay Details : $26.00 to $29.00 per hour
