  • Build and maintain APIs, integrations, automation workflows, and data exchanges between enterprise systems.
  • Participate in application architecture, design reviews, and technical solution planning.

Vendor Application Administration & Support

  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data governance, enterprise architecture, and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation supporting 24/7 business operations, including incident response, troubleshooting, and service restoration.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with business partners, operational teams, project stakeholders, and vendors to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.
  • Participate in Agile and project-based development initiatives.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to end users and team members.

Education

  • Experience with cloud-based and on-premises application environments.
  • Supporting or administering vendor-supplied enterprise applications.
  • Experience serving in a hybrid role that includes application development, vendor application administration, and production support.
  • Designing, developing, testing, and supporting enterprise applications.
  • Experience working with databases, APIs, integrations, automation workflows, and scripting/programming technologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
