The Office Coordinator will perform several administrative supports to ensure efficient operation of the office environment.
Responsibilities:
Maintain calendar of appointments and meetings
Create and maintain filing systems
Design the office layout with efficiency and organization in mind
Collaborate with human resources to organize company activities
Maintain office equipment in good working order with the assistance of the IT department
Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors and service providers
Accurately maintain general office budget
Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, appliances and electronics as required
Organizing maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order
Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures
Requirements:
· Fluent in spoken and written Chinese is required . Degree in business or related majors · Past work experience as an office coordinator or similar role · Real Estate industry experience preferred · Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence · Ability to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines, in a fast-paced environment · Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint · Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills · Highly motivated with strong organizational skill, detail oriented
