Job Title
This role will support strategic programs across Card Processing Solutions (CPS) Software Engineering, including R&D initiatives involving card processing, transaction routing, integration, and platform modernization.
This is a remote position and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX; Lenexa, KS; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO.

Responsibilities
Lead strategic software engineering programs comprised of multiple interrelated projects supporting CPS products, payment solutions, and business initiatives.
Establish strong partnerships across Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, and executive leadership to drive alignment and successful delivery of roadmap commitments.
Provide end-to-end program leadership, including planning, governance, financial management, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and executive communications.
Drive transparency and accountability across complex cross-functional initiatives by effectively managing dependencies, issues, risks, and key decisions.
Ensure delivery excellence through adherence to Corporate Program Management Office (CPMO) standards, SDLC processes, governance practices, and audit-ready program documentation.
Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of modern delivery practices, including automation and AI-enabled capabilities that improve program and organizational outcomes.
May perform other job duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum of 6 years of program and/or project management experience.
Experience managing large, complex programs or projects involving multiple teams, third-party partners, and cross-functional dependencies.
Experience managing program governance, scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience within Financial Services, FinTech, Payments, EFT, Banking, Credit Union, or Card Processing industries.
Experience supporting platform modernization, cloud migration, digital transformation, or large-scale integration initiatives.
Experience leveraging AI tools to improve program planning, reporting, risk identification, stakeholder communications, knowledge management, or delivery efficiency.
Experience working with Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project, Power BI, and related delivery management tools.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to and partnering with technical, business, and executive audiences.
Ability to influence, coordinate, and drive successful outcomes across diverse teams and stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with competing priorities and changing business needs.
PMP, PgMP, SAFe, ACP, or similar project/program management certification.
