WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION :
- Work closely with Server System Integrator customers, CSP, Data Center, Hyperscale, and Home Appliance customers to understand server rack slides & rail technical challenges & business goals and propose nVent solutions.
- Compile and build detailed business and technical proposals in response to Data Server Rail and Home Appliance Rail opportunities and RFQ proposals.
- Provide strong sales leadership, support, account management & direction for key account customers.
- Establish working relationships with global customer service, design engineering, quality, and production teams to support account management needs.
- Orchestrate and synchronize business development initiatives and worldwide account management by collaborating closely with regional account managers and other business development team members across the company.
- Identify, map, and maintain deep and positive relationships with key influencers ranging from engineering personnel, product managers, procurement, and executive supporters within key customer organizations.
- Recommend new product offerings and identify new opportunities for nVent by supervising and reporting the voice-of-customer to the product marketing team, tracking competitors, and developing a driven response of actions.

Pay Transparency
nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of total target cash pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Total target cash is comprised of an employee’s base salary and sales incentive target opportunity, when annual sales goals are achieved.
Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
If annual sales performance exceeds annual sales goals, the total target cash received may exceed the pay scale maximum reflected below.
Total Target Cash Range :
Geographic Region A : $101,400.00 - $188,300.00 +
Geographic Region B : $110,600.00 - $205,400.00 +
Geographic Region C : $96,300.00 - $178,800.00 +
