More than five years of experience managing software development teams and projects. Experience with video streaming protocols, codecs, and adaptive bitrate technologies. Experience with cloud-based platforms. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software development engineers Provide technical guidance and ensure adherence to best coding and development practices. Manage team performance, reviews, and professional development Plan, organize, and manage complex software development projects from initiation through delivery. Develop project plans, manage resources, and mitigate risks. Collaborate with product, quality assurance, and operations teams to ensure successful deployment. Oversee the design and development of video applications across multiple platforms. Ensure applications meet performance, usability, and quality standards Manage continuous integration and delivery pipelines. Monitor application performance using analytics and define key performance indicators. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
