Position Summary
The Student Office Assistant will support the Director of Teacher Education, Field Experience Coordinator, and the Administrative Assistant in completing tasks necessary to the office.
Major Preferred Experience Required Student must have completed at least one semester at Messiah University. Experience Preferred Skills, Characteristics Required for Position 1.
Strong organizational skills.
2. Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3. Willingness to learn new computer skills and programs.
4. Able to maintain confidentiality
5. Good editing and proofreading skills.
6. Creativity.
7. Accurate data management and attention to detail.
8. Social Media Skills Dress Code Requirements For office support, classroom apparel is acceptable, with professional teaching attire for representation at meetings.
