Insurance Administrative Assistant
Job Summary :
Seeking a detail-oriented Insurance CSR / Administrative Assistant to support our team with data entry and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include assisting producers with prospecting, marketing, and quoting for various insurance accounts.
Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering phones and greeting customers.
- Process insurance documentation and ensure completeness.
- Handle payments and maintain office supplies.
- Maintain customer insurance files confidentially.
- Assist with prospecting and marketing activities.
- Prepare insurance proposals and conduct sales presentations.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure coverage adequacy.
- Assist with policy changes and account maintenance.
- Continuously develop client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements :
- College education or equivalent insurance experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Active Property, Casualty, Life, and Health License.
- Proficiency in insurance products, rating procedures, and industry operations.
- Ability to generate new business, retain existing clients, and close sales.
- Comfortable with computer programs and CRM systems.
- Valid driver's license for occasional travel and client visits.
- Skills AMS360 management software knowledge a plus
