Customer Service Specialist

Tech USA is looking for a responsible Customer Service Associate to perform a variety of tasks for our client (in a hybrid remote / onsite capacity) located in Downtown Chicago! They are a health and wellness outfit that specializes in finding the best path to better health for their clients.

This position is a 90 day Contract-To-Hire that offers abundant opportunities to those selected for full-time hire since the majority of their hiring happens internally - you'll find that many current employees who have advanced to other depts and trades started their company journey as a CSR in this same dept we're interested in discussing with you! This is not a short-term gig.

Responsibilities : -Support inbound telephonic phone calls -Provide over the phone support-Effectively manage and respond to inquiries as they are sent to you by customers-Submit requests to the proper departments to prevent recurring issues-Ensure rapid response and resolution of escalated inquiries-Identify problems or gaps within current processes and help devise creative solutions to them-Communicate within operations any issues or concerns that arise.
