For the Customer Service role, you will help grow a local Allstate agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships in the community.
You will apply insurance training, your service experience and professional skills to increase the customer’s understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.
Responsibilities
- Provide a professional customer experience and develop strong relationships through timely communication and exceptional service.
- Support customer’s needs regarding policy, billing, claims, or products by following agency processes and procedures.
- Schedules appointments with existing or prospective customers for agency employees
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Manages and monitors multiple customer touch points.
Job Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish required.
- Job contingent based on passed Property & Casualty insurance license within 60-days of employment.
- Demonstrated customer service experience.
- Effective communication skills
- Experienced with PC software applications (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Explorer)
- Solid knowledge and understanding of basic mathematical skills·
- Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
- Proactive in problem-solving and able to work with other team members.
