• Informal Staking : A PoS validator offering Institutional grade staking for the ETH, BTC, and Cosmos ecosystems.
• Cycles : An open clearing protocol. Cycles is an early-stage startup that aims to deliver financial solutions that improve businesses sustainability by reducing their cash flow needs.

About the Role

We are looking for a full-time recruiter / talent acquisition specialist to join our team! This role is critical to help us bring in the best and the brightest web3 talent around the world, and help us grow as a company.

This individual would be part of the larger People Operations team, and bring experience and knowledge of the Web3 space, with the ability to hit the ground running and recruit for niche and hard-to-fill technical + business roles.

They will have the opportunity to focus on innovative approaches to acquiring talent, gain access to global talent pools, and work in a highly technical and exciting industry. This role will also allow them to work on larger HR projects when time permits, giving them growth opportunities and the opportunity to be part of a scaling tech company.
