1.5+ years of experience in HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices to ensure legal compliance and a safe work environment.
Experience supporting accounting functions, budget oversight, and cost control within HR operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
