What You’ll Be Doing :
As our HR Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping our company culture and supporting our team. Your responsibilities will include :
- Overseeing recruitment efforts, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Managing employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Coordinating performance reviews and supporting professional development initiatives.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Collaborating with leadership to align HR strategies with company goals.
