SUMMARY: This position works closely with the IT development, training, and support groups to ensure successful adoption of IT solutions throughout the Company.
REPORTS TO: Director of IT
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology Management, or related studies · 5+ years of experience with project communication, business analysis, and training development · Demonstrable experience in applying structured methodologies to lead change management activities · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Competency in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point

WORKING CONDITIONS: This position operates in a professional office environment and is largely a sedentary role. Travel required.
