Our client is seeking experienced Program Coordinators to join our team and support high-volume service entry and billing processes through SAP. In this role, you will be responsible for :

Key Responsibilities :

• Handling service entry, sheet billing, and work order processing through SAP
• Researching and resolving purchase order and work order errors
• Communicating with vendors, job runners, PMs, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate billing
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation in Excel and other Microsoft 365 applications
• Participating in weekly vendor meetings to address any outstanding issues
• Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
