  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, design, programs, membership, collections, Stout, LMP) to gather, curate, and develop content that aligns with organizational priorities and seasonal initiatives.
  • Maintain and track communications calendar and schedules for team.
  • Maintain and update content libraries, templates, and visual assets to streamline social media production.
  • Stay informed on social media trends, platform updates, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and effective engagement strategies.
  • Assist with CRM/email/SMS communications (HubSpot), including content creation, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Contribute ideas for creative campaigns, partnerships, and collaborations that strengthen brand presence and community engagement.

Qualifications

  • 24 years of experience managing social media or digital communications, preferably for multiple brands or nonprofit organizations.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice for different audiences.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest) and scheduling/publishing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, HubSpot).
  • Experience creating content calendars and managing consistent posting schedules.
  • Comfort engaging with online communities and responding to audience interactions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams (marketing, design, programs) to gather and produce content.
