Pay Range: $62.54hr - $67.54hr
  • The Project Manager will oversee personnel coordination, financial management, vendor management, analytics, and process improvement initiatives.
  • This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to ensure effective resource allocation, financial oversight, and operational efficiency across projects.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with Project Managers regarding staffing, onboarding, staffing costs, and related activities.
  • Monitor and analyze employee utilization, workload allocation, and job estimates.
  • Assist in resource planning and forecasting based on project timelines and requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance with staffing policies and procedures.
  • Support employee development and training initiatives related to resource management.
  • Track and analyze project budgets, expenditures, and forecasts.
  • Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide regular reports.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiencies in resource allocation.
  • Assist in financial planning and budgeting processes related to resource allocation.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and ensure adherence to contractual agreements.
  • Coordinate procurement processes and negotiate contracts.
  • Identify potential vendors and assess their capabilities and suitability for projects.
  • Develop and maintain resource management reports and dashboards.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Monitor key performance indicators related to resource utilization and efficiency.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis for senior management.
  • Continuously review and improve resource management processes and procedures.
  • Implement best practices for resource allocation and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Qualification And Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in resource management, preferably in a project-based environment.
  • Strong analytical skills using Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, or other data analysis tools.
  • Experience with financial analysis and budget management.
  • Knowledge of vendor management practices and procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
