  • Partnering with FP&A and our distribution partners to manage and optimize inventory working capital/days on hand
  • Managing distributor network performance, including KPIs, SLAs, and corrective actions
  • Leading project management work to unlock commercial value; including new distribution centers, commissary operations, and supply‑chain transformation initiatives
  • Driving the evolution of business intelligence through our Supply Chain Control Tower (Power BI)
  • Identifying enterprise-wide operational gaps and opportunities, and shaping process or policy changes that support business performance

What You Need

We want you to join our team! Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field preferred. Other combinations of career/job-related experience and/or education may be substituted
  • Based in or near the Charlotte metro area – role reports on site at the Charlotte office
  • A minimum of Three years of direct management experience leading direct reports.
  • Four to Six years of experience in end-to-end supply chain within retail, CPG, food service, or broadline/systems-based distribution is highly desirable.
  • Must have the ability to manage and prioritize multiple work streams in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Must have demonstrated leadership skills, possess the ability to influence others, and be data driven in everyday decision making
  • Demonstrated skill in analyzing and addressing moderately complex issues
  • An entrepreneurial spirit interested and experienced in overhauling/building out functionalities from scratch
  • Experience with Business Intelligence platforms, data sets, and visualized analytics. Microsoft Power BI and query-based functionality in Excel/Access
  • Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with various internal corporate teams, business units and a large base of external 3rd party vendors/suppliers
  • Willing and able to travel (10-20%) within North America
