Are you passionate about helping others and making a difference in the lives of seniors? We are looking for a compassionate Resident Assistant to join our dedicated team and provide exceptional care to our residents.

Major Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with residents while ensuring they receive the highest level of care and customer service.
  • Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Create and maintain a safe, healthy, and productive living environment.
  • Provide respectful, professional, and understanding support that enhances quality of life.
  • Work closely with caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure the best care for residents.
  • Follow all policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
  • Contribute to innovative healthcare solutions that improve resident experiences and facility processes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED equivalent, or at least two (2) years of experience in a caregiving role.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving residents' lives.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing resident needs.
