The Opportunity

As an Art Director / Associate Creative Director you will lead the creative vision design language and execution of breakthrough content across Adobes global social channels. This role sits within Adobes in-house Social Creative Studio and is responsible for setting a high creative bar while ensuring brand consistency cultural relevance and platform-first storytelling. The Art Director / Associate Creative Director will partner closely with strategists copywriters designers editors and producers to concept and deliver compelling creative that drives engagement brand love and measurable business impact.

What youll do

• Lead the creative direction and visual development of social campaigns activations and evergreen content across Adobes portfolio.
• Translate cultural and social insights into bold concepts that resonate with creators creative pros and broader audiences.
• Craft and maintain Adobes visual identity across social channels ensuring consistency while pushing creative boundaries.
• Partner with strategists and producers to deliver campaigns that ladder up to product priorities and brand narratives.
• Direct internal and external creative partners to deliver world-class assetsmotion design photo and video.
• Ensure creative output is optimized for each platform (TikTok Instagram YouTube X LinkedIn etc.) with an eye for emerging formats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding Product Marketing Communications and Influencer Marketingto ensure cohesive storytelling.
• Present creative concepts and campaigns to senior leadership with clarity and conviction.
• Mentor and inspire the creative team fostering an environment of innovation collaboration and craft excellence.

What you need to succeed

At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
