What You'll Do
As a Program Assistant, you'll be the backbone of our site operationshelping programs run smoothly and ensuring veterans receive the support they deserve. Your day-to-day will include :
- Managing client and program data to keep us compliant and efficient.
- Supporting case managers with audits and file maintenance.
- Handling rent tracking, petty cash, and supply inventory.
- Assisting with accounting, grant reporting, and event coordination.
- Helping with HR tasks like onboarding and training.
- Collaborating on volunteer activities and community events.
