Relevant du Chef massothérapie, le Responsable massothérapie accompagne l’équipe de massothérapeutes (travailleurs autonomes) en s’assurant qu’ils répondent aux besoins de la clientèle, afin de réaliser les objectifs de l’entreprise dans le respect d’un environnement propice à la détente et au mieux-être.
Responsabilités principales
Organiser les horaires en fonction des demandes journalières et des règles d'attribution des soins
Effectuer des suivis par courriel et par téléphones auprès de l'équipe et assister le Chef, massothérapie dans d’autres tâches administratives
En support au Chef, massothérapie, participer à certaines activités reliées à la coordination des massothérapeutes (travailleurs autonomes) : la sélection, l’intégration, l’évaluation et le suivi de la prestation de service
Prodiguer des soins à la clientèle
Agir à titre de personne ressource en l'absence du Chef massothérapie

Exigences et conditions
Détenir un diplôme en massothérapie d’une école reconnue
Membre d’une association professionnelle reconnue en massothérapie
Un minimum d'un an d’expérience en coordination d'équipe
Avoir complété un minimum de 400 heures en massages
Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Leadership et travail d'équipe
Excellente aptitudes en service à la clientèle
