Pay rate - $19 per hourJob DescriptionClient is seeking a Remote Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our team. This role will support online portal access, provide product education, and handle a wide variety of questions while ensuring a world-class customer experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service and motivated to work in a production-based call center.Job Duties / ResponsibilitiesResolve customer issues with products or services via inbound / outbound calls and e-mailAssist with online portal access including user maintenance, password resets, and web browser troubleshootingSchedule appointmentsProvide customer education on products and servicesWork in multiple databases to research complex issues and questionsEnsure HIPAA complianceRespond to all customer inquiries within a timely mannerAccurately document customer interactionsSpeak with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional mannerEvaluate the nature of customer issues to determine the proper resolutionUtilize internal resources as needed to resolve complex issuesFollow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolvedMaintain productivity and performance standardsRequirementsReliable high-speed internet and a designated / quiet workspace suitable for remote workHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent requiredPrior Call Center experienceExperience and proficiency troubleshooting technologyStrong verbal and written communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respondMust be courteous with strong customer service orientationExcellent multitasking abilities requiredStrong flexibility and the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly
