We are currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality assistance to clients and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience. This position is essential to maintaining client satisfaction and supporting day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints and determining the best solution
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of all correspondence
Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure client needs are met
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred
