We are seeking an experienced Shift Manager with a minimum of 2 years in the restaurant industry to join our successful and growing team. The Shift Manager plays a crucial role in delivering an unforgettable guest experience from the moment guests arrive.

Seasonal Availability:
Candela Cucina is looking to hire a reliable seasonal front-of-house manager for the summer season, with flexible start and end dates between May and September. The position requires availability from 2 PM to 10 PM or 4 PM to 11:30 PM, Sunday through Thursday, with Fridays and Saturdays off.
Ideal Candidate:
Applicants should possess a passion for great food and hospitality. You will be part of a cohesive team that supports each other's success in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Shift Manager, you will oversee restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of quality, compliance, and profitability.
Must be available nights. * Proficient with OpenTable or other reservation software. * Computer Skills. * Comfortable with Toast POS System. * Able to work a 10-hour standing shift. * Able to lift 50lbs * Professional appearance. * 2 years restaurant management experience. * Great communication skills. * Available to work Sunday - Thursday evenings.
