Job descriptionGreet customers in the service drive and assist them with the check-in process. Perform a detailed inspection of each vehicle to identify windshield damage. Inform customers of our windshield replacement services and any applicable warranties. Schedule windshield replacement appointments for interested customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments. Competitive starting pay at $20 per hour plus commission. Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. 3 weeks of paid time off (PTO) accrued. Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage. 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching.

We pride ourselves with exceptional customer service in order to provide consumers with a convenient, seamless solution for damaged auto-glass replacement!

Requirements :
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
